A well established and beautiful location in Didsbury, it is nestled amongst mature trees, between the high school and the provincial court house, and beside the new Bethany Care Centre.  You are within walking distance to the gym, the pool and arena, the banks, post office and restaurants.   

Shared facilities include a large, fully serviced board/conference room (top right photo), public mens' and womens' washrooms, a large waiting and reception area at east and west entrances to the building, lunch room and kitchen, 25 parking stalls around the front, 40 more in the rear of the building and street parking if needed.  The building is fully serviced by Telus phone lines, Shaw cable and internet service.  Fibre Optic Strand will be lit in 2014.   You are welcome to enjoy the BBQ and picnic tables amongst the birds and the trees, in our own front yard.

The Excalibur Building is very solid, well maintained, well insulated from sound and weather, with an on-site building owner/operator.  It is nice and warm in the winter and air conditioned in the summer.

Single offices range from a small 10'x12' to larger executive offices and every size in-between.  There are 3 different office suites: one in the East Entrance, one with full access to the board/conference room (top left photo), and one in the lower level, with complete privacy, that has recently been renovated.

Pricing includes all utilities except telephone, internet or fiber-optic service.    Long term or short term leases available.
